3FLI, as a fee for service, has the availability to leverage off of administrative services to better allow the entrepreneur to focus his/her attention to the successful implementation of their business and growth. These administrative services include the following:

• Payroll

• Human Resources

• Accounting

• Leveraged Health & Medical coverage

• Management of Workers Compensation

• Purchasing

• Warehousing and Distribution

We will work directly with the project team in selecting the right service provisions they need to make them successful. Whatever the bundle of services are required will individually be a fee based service managed by 3FLI personnel but contracted with the project where overall direction and control will be maintained. We will build out the services and then negotiate the service fees to might it cost effective for the project.

In order for any project team to be accepted for this service offering, the project must provide to 3FLI all the materials requested in order that proper due diligence can be completed on the viability of the project. If the project team cannot or will not provide said information then the project team forfeits the 1/2 payment paid at contract signing and 3FLI is under no obligation at that point to complete the services the project has contracted for.

The project team must make themselves available to 3FLI on an on-going basis in order that the operations of services are provided without issue.
