3FLI, as a fee for service, will work directly with the project team in developing a capital plan and create an investment strategy that will bring investors to your project.   This service, depending on the complexity of the project will cost between $10,000 and $25,000. Payment for this service will be split into two payments. One at the time of consulting services contract execution and one at the end when the project business plan is turned over to the project team at completion.

 

In order for any project team to be accepted for this service offering, the project must provide to 3FLI all the materials requested in order that proper due diligence can be completed on the viability of the project. If the project team cannot or will not provide said information then the project team forfeits the 1/2 payment paid at contract signing and 3FLI is under no obligation at that point to complete the services the project has contracted for.

The project team must make themselves available to 3FLI on an on-going basis in order that the business plan reflect the nature of the project team itself.

Once the capital plan has been written and turned over to the project team, 3FLI will move into the investment strategies. This capital plan and investment strategies can be combined with an investment banking services contract if the project wants to proceed in that direction.
