3FLI, as a fee for service, work directly with the project team in developing an investment banking strategy to raise capital for your project.  This service, depending on the complexity of the project will cost between $10,000 and $50,000 upfront and a 10% commissionable fee on all capital raised regardless of the type of capital - loan, equity, debt, etc.  The upfront payment will be required at contract signing with the commission fee taken from the capital raised as an on-going fee for service. Depending on the project we may request an equity position in the company either in secured convertible stock or convertible warrants.

 

In order for any project team to be accepted for this service offering, the project must provide to 3FLI all the materials requested in order that proper due diligence can be completed on the viability of the project. If the project team cannot or will not provide said information then the project team forfeits the 1/2 payment paid at contract signing and 3FLI is under no obligation at that point to complete the services the project has contracted for.

The project team must make themselves available to 3FLI on an on-going basis in order that the business plan reflect the nature of the project team itself.
